Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return.

Initiate Request

Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the products in a shipping box, including a copy of your packing slip and clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship and Refund

Send the package back to our distribution center; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
